If you are like many “lobster laymen” who are uncertain about which lobsters are fresh, tender, and flavorful — Albert Carver selects only the very best and does it consistently because of the highest of standards he uses in the handling, treatment, grading and shipment of every lobster. Albert Carver’s guarantee can assure you of the quality and on-time shipment of every lobster.
Your fresh live whole lobsters will be shipped in a temperature-assured package, from Maine to your home, office, marina or anyplace on earth served by a Carver Company-recognized overnight carrier. Your lobster is guaranteed to be fresh.

Orders received by us before 11 a.m. EST will arrive
next day, excepting Sunday – guaranteed – provided Fed-Ex serves
to your intended address and delivers there on Saturday.
Please note, if you are ordering between 11:00AM EST Thursday and 11:00 AM EST Friday, your order may not ship until the following Monday.
If you are able to choose the shipping option "Priority
Overnight Shipping (Saturday delivery), and you order before 11:00AM EST
Friday, your order will be shipped for Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery,
where available, is Priority Overnight, with a Saturday delivery surcharge.

You can order your lobsters to be delivered up to 2 months in advance of the date you submit your order. If a date is marked in blue, this is a National Holiday*, a day on which FedEx does not deliver.
*(These days are currently; New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.)
